Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with our experienced UAT Leads to plan and coordinate test activities, empowering you to make a measurable impact.
• Take ownership of tracking test cycles, deliverables, and milestones so you can see your contributions move projects forward.
• Personally prepare and update UAT documentation, test reports, and dashboards, adding true value to our processes.
• Support cross-functional teams by helping organize meetings, maintaining clear communication, and following up on action items—your input matters to our project's success.
• Participate in identifying testing risks and solutions, making you a proactive part of our continuous improvement.
• Maintain and organize test records and critical UAT documentation, showcasing your dedication to accuracy and thoroughness.
• Communicate openly with internal stakeholders so you can help move projects ahead and be recognized for your teamwork.

Required Skill Set

• You are a clear and confident communicator, with strong interpersonal skills to build great working relationships.
• You possess a basic understanding of software testing or quality assurance principles (knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus, and your curiosity is valued here).
• Your proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) will set you up for success from day one.
• You thrive when juggling multiple tasks and are adept at prioritizing and managing your time effectively.

Eligibility

• We are looking for recent students pursuing MCA, BCA, BE/BTech, or other relevant fields—your academic background is valued here.
• If you have basic knowledge of UAT workflows or have taken part in academic testing projects, you will have an edge, but passion and eagerness to grow matter most.
