Job Overview

Reliance Brands is seeking a dynamic Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager for our Fashion Retail Luxury Brands segment in Bangalore. This full-time mid-level position requires you to support the store manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and maximizing sales potential. You will play a pivotal role in driving store success, developing team capabilities, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our clientele.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce shrinkage (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a superior shopping experience and build customer loyalty (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in sales forecasting to predict and manage future sales and inventory requirements (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a team effectively, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Proficiency in POS systems for seamless transaction processing and store operations.
  • Ability to implement effective merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and drive sales.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution to address customer and team issues promptly and professionally.
  • Experience in monitoring team performance to identify areas for improvement and development opportunities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the store manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the store.
  • Support in maintaining optimal inventory levels and implementing inventory control measures.
  • Drive sales goals by developing and executing sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Enhance the customer experience by leading customer service initiatives and resolving any escalated issues.
  • Oversee visual merchandising in line with brand standards to promote a compelling product offering.
  • Train and mentor store staff, fostering a team environment focused on delivering exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of store performance and staff productivity, suggesting improvements where necessary.
  • Collaborate with store management to plan and execute promotional activities and store events.
