- Proficient in delivering consistent customer service excellence, handling escalations, and proactively resolving queries to drive satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to align on business objectives.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret sales data, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements to optimize overall store performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning, adherence to company policies, and achievement of business goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to consistently deliver superior service, high engagement, and productivity.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed store revenue targets, actively monitoring sales performance metrics.
