We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager for our GAP store in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and a passion for fashion retail.
Job Role -
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure all functions are efficiently executed to meet company standards.
- Lead and motivate a team to meet and exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
- Manage store inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand with minimal waste.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the store meets all operational objectives and adheres to company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and implement strategies for store improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment and resolve staff or customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Analyze sales reports to understand trends and provide insights for inventory and operational planning.
