About the job:

The Store Manager – Footwear is responsible for end-to-end store operations, driving sales performance, ensuring superior customer experience, managing staff productivity, and maintaining operational excellence in line with Reliance Retail standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversees Overall Store Operations:

·      Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning

·    Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising standards, and brand presentation.

2. Seamless shopping experience:

·      Welcoming customers politely and making them feel comfortable in the store

·      Ensuring products are well displayed, neatly arranged, and easy to find

·      Providing timely assistance and correct product information to customers

·      Reducing waiting time at billing and trial areas

3. Optimizing Staff Performance:

·      Assigning the right roles to staff based on skills and experience.

·      Monitoring individual and team performance regularly.

·      Addressing performance gaps and correcting issues on time.

4. Achieving Sales and Operational Targets:

·      Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly store sales targets.

·      Driving add-on sales and higher bill value

·      Controlling store expenses to meet profitability (EBITDA) targets.

5. Ensuring compliance with Company Policies:

·      Following Reliance Retail SOPs and Operational guidelines.

·      Complying with cash handling, billing, and POS procedures.

·      Ensuring adherence to audit, safety, and statutory requirements.
