Key Responsibilities

• Sales Generation: Drive, monitor, and achieve monthly/annual sales targets through strategic planning and customer service excellence.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule staff; conduct performance evaluations and motivate the team to meet goals.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain high-standard, engaging displays and ensure the store layout adheres to brand guidelines.
• Inventory & Operations: Oversee stock management, including stocktakes, inventory rotation, and reducing shrinkage.

Requirements
