Job Overview
As a Store Manager at Reliance Retail, you will oversee day-to-day operations at our locations in Hubballi, Shahabad, and Shahpur. This is a full-time, mid-level position responsible for optimizing store performance, leading teams, and delivering excellent customer service within a dynamic retail environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Store Operation (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated hands-on expertise in store operations with a proven ability to maintain smooth workflow and compliance. (Mandatory skill)
- Retail Operation: Strong background in managing retail environments with attention to sales, promotions, and visual merchandising consistency.
- Team handling: Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing a collaborative and high-performing team to achieve targets.
- Inventory Management: Ability to monitor, control, and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability and reduce wastage or shrinkage.
- Customer Service: Track record of implementing customer service excellence initiatives to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Forecasting: Skills in analyzing sales data and trends to forecast future demands and implement appropriate strategies for sales growth.
- Problem-solving: Adept at identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues related to store operations, staff, or customer experiences efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with team members, customers, and management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, team supervision, and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to foster a positive and goal-oriented work environment for optimum staff performance.
- Drive customer engagement by ensuring exceptional service, resolving escalations, and managing customer feedback constructively.
- Monitor and optimize stock levels, execute inventory checks, and coordinate with suppliers for timely product availability.
- Develop and execute sales plans and promotional strategies to achieve and exceed business objectives and KPIs.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to enhance store appearance and maximize product appeal.
- Analyze sales and performance data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Uphold health, safety, and security protocols in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
