• Sales & Profitability
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance store profitability.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
• Customer Service Excellence
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continually improve service quality.
• Inventory & Stock Management
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished timely and efficiently.
• Implement loss prevention measures and manage stock audits.
• Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
• Ensure the store layout and displays are attractive and aligned with brand standards.
• Coordinate promotional displays and seasonal setups to maximize sales.
• Administrative & Compliance Duties
• Maintain accurate financial records, including sales reports and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
