Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager for Reliance Retail. This mid-level, full-time position is based in Pimpalgaon Raja, Aurangabad, and Nashik. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and leading a motivated team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
· Sales Management experience (Mandatory skill)
· Proven ability in customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
· Expertise in visual merchandising to enhance product displays and store appearance.
· Strong team-building skills to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
· Effective problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve customer and operational issues.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.
· Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
· Keen business acumen to understand and optimize store performance and profitability.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Achievement of Targeted AOP, Gross Margin and SPSF
· Responsible for the P&L of the store
· Price and promotions running in the stores are clearly displayed / communicated to all customers
· 100% adherence to promo implementation in the store
· Reduce dump, shrink and other losses for the store
· Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance and drive sales.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
· Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies.
· Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure a positive shopping experience.
· Coordinate with the supply chain and other departments to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment of products.
· Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to store staff to enhance their skills and performance.
