Store Operations

• Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
• Ensure store opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Team Management

• Supervise and motivate store associates.
• Conduct daily briefings and team meetings.
• Manage employee attendance, rosters, and leave planning.
• Coach team members to improve sales and customer service skills.

Customer Service

• Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Build customer relationships and encourage customer loyalty.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Ensure proper stock receiving, storage, and display.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Control stock loss and shrinkage.

Compliance & Administration

• Maintain store records and operational reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Supply Chain teams for smooth functioning.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

Experience
