Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive store productivity and profitability.
- Monitor key business metrics and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Ensure execution of promotional activities and merchandising plans.
Store Operations
- Oversee day-to-day store operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure proper stock management and inventory control.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop store employees.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and attendance.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Drive customer engagement and loyalty initiatives.
Inventory & Loss Prevention
- Monitor stock availability and replenishment.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and stock audits.
- Minimize shrinkage, pilferage, and operational losses.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Maintain required store documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with support functions such as HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

Experience
- 5–10 years of retail experience with at least 2–3 years in a Store Manager role managing a large-format retail store.
