The Sales Executive – Junior position at RelDel (Part of Reliance Retail) involves actively contributing to sales initiatives and customer service across locations in Bangalore, Mangaluru, Warangal, Vijayawada, and Tirupati. This is a full-time role designed for candidates passionate about retail sales, product promotion, and customer engagement within a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in lingerie sales, ensuring focused and knowledgeable advice to customers (Mandatory skill).
- Proven ability to sell innerwear products with a customer-centric approach to drive revenue and satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
- Track record in overall sales and achievement of revenue targets in a retail or similar setting (Mandatory skill).
- Working experience in sales & distribution, including territory mapping and order management for effective product placement.
- Practical experience with vendor management to ensure supplier reliability and inventory optimization in a retail context.
- Skilled in lead generation through effective customer engagement and localized marketing strategies that drive footfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Competence in handling product displays, promotional activities, and maintaining store standards for an outstanding experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable lingerie and innerwear products.
- Drive daily sales targets by delivering exceptional product knowledge and customer service on the shop floor.
- Develop new business leads and conversion opportunities through in-store engagement and local outreach initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors for stock replenishment, timely deliveries, and addressing supply chain concerns.
- Ensure accurate and attractive product placement, displays, and merchandising to maximize visual appeal and sales.
- Monitor and track inventory to avoid stock-outs or overstocking and facilitate smooth store operations.
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and special events to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current product range and keep abreast of new trends in lingerie and innerwear.
