Role & Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets set for the store.
- Adhere to store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build customer relationships.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store operations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach.
- Deep product knowledge in sarees and art & decor.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing product offerings.
- Effective interpersonal and selling skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
- Experience: 2 to 7 years in sales, preferably in a retail environment specializing in sarees and art & decor.
Specialization:
- Expertise in sarees and art & decor products.
