- Demonstrated track record in retail sales, meeting revenue goals, implementing promotional strategies, and maximizing customer conversion rates.
- Excellent customer service skills with proven commitment to resolving complaints, managing escalations, and delivering superior shopping experiences.
- Knowledge of loss prevention best practices, overseeing security measures, and minimizing theft or product loss within the store environment.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, visual standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage store teams by delegating responsibilities, setting clear expectations, and creating a performance-driven environment.
- Implement effective inventory control practices, coordinate deliveries, manage stock rotation, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective promotions, upselling strategies, and fostering a customer-centric culture within the store.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions to achieve store objectives.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve high standards of performance, compliance, and customer service excellence.
- Maintain optimal store presentation, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate with visual merchandising for attractive product displays.
- Uphold loss prevention protocols, manage cash handling procedures, and ensure adherence to asset protection practices.
- Address escalated customer concerns promptly and implement creative solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
