• Monitor and track key performance indicators, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions to achieve store objectives.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve high standards of performance, compliance, and customer service excellence.
• Maintain optimal store presentation, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate with visual merchandising for attractive product displays.
• Uphold loss prevention protocols, manage cash handling procedures, and ensure adherence to asset protection practices.
