- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning, customer satisfaction, and adherence to Smart Bazaar service standards.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product merchandising to maximize sales and reduce shrinkage.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards within the store premises.
