Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Performance

  • Achieve and exceed store sales, profitability, and KPI targets.
  • Implement strategies to drive footfall, conversion, and average transaction value.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

2. Customer Experience

  • Ensure superior customer service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Handle escalated customer queries or complaints effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

3. Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff in line with company policies.
  • Schedule and manage staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional performance.

4. Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards

  • Ensure store displays, product presentation, and visual merchandising align with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the VM team for seasonal updates and promotions.

5. Inventory & Operations

  • Oversee stock management, including replenishment, shrinkage control, and stock audits.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and operational policies.

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Area or Regional Manager.
  • Coordinate with the HO and other departments (HR, VM, Marketing, Supply Chain) as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in fashion or apparel retail (with at least 2 years in a managerial role).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business goals.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences.
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
