Job Summary

We are looking for a fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect outfit, offering styling tips, and ensuring our store looks immaculate. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, proactive in sales, and dedicated to delivering a top-tier customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, provide personalized styling advice, and assist with finding products.
• Target Achievement: Actively work to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly individual and team sales goals.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of appearance on the sales floor, including folding, steaming, restocking, and setting up displays.
• POS Operations: Efficiently process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using the POS system.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of current trends, fabrics, and fit to advise customers effectively.
• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving inventory, tagging merchandise, and conducting stock checks.
• Store Maintenance: Keep fitting rooms clean and organized to ensure a pleasant shopping environment. 

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in fashion retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for fashion and current trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Basic math and computer literacy for POS operation.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
