Key Responsibilities-
- Conduct planned and surprise audits at sites to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Share updates on internal audit progress and objectives during MRMs
- Quality concerns requiring immediate attention.
- Lead and facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRMs) as scheduled.
- Organize and conduct Quality Check Meetings and training sessions at the national level.
- Analyse field data to assess compliance and identify improvement areas.
- Monitor non-conformances and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with Design, Contracts, and other teams to resolve system-related issues.
- Review Quality Plans and reports to ensure alignment with company standards and procedures.
Key Skills-
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and standards (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical and audit skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in report preparation and documentation.
- Ability to lead reviews and training sessions effectively.
Preferred: Certification in ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems, or related fields.
Experience: Preferred EPC projects
Education: B.Tech/BE
