Position - QC Executive

Job Purpose - QC activity for Gold, Silver and Diamond jewelry products

Job responsibilities -

1. Majorly responsible for QC activity for Gold, Silver and Diamond jewelry products offered by the vendors and to make sure that products are matching to Reliance’s Quality standard.

2. Implementing RJ standards at Vendor locations.

3. To provide training to new team members & to the vendors team about RJ Quality Standards/Process, Company norms, System related activities, provide training for Operating New RJ portal.

4. Executing the Destructive Test on the lot submitted by vendors, preparing the DT report etc. and submitting the same to immediate superior and also to Next level supervisor.

5.Ensuring that no returns on Quality front from stores

Primary KPIs

1. On time Quality inspection of all product range as per business requirement

2. GRN of the stock received within 48 hours.

3. Zero customer complaints

4.Adherence to quality norms

5. SOP adherence
