Job Description: Planner
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales, inventory, and assortment planning across categories and stores.
- Analyze sales trends, stock turns, and forecasts to ensure optimal product availability.
- Collaborate with buying, merchandising, and retail operations to align plans with business goals.
- Monitor allocation, replenishment, and stock movement to minimize overstock and stock-outs.
- Prepare planning reports and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
Requirements
- NIFT / MBA / Graduate with 3–5 years of experience in retail, merchandise, or planning roles.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (planning tools knowledge preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
