Job Title: Marketing Intern
Location: Mumbai
Duration: min 2 to 6 months

RBL is a dynamic and fast-growing player in the retail industry, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and innovative solutions. We’re looking for a high-potential Marketing Intern with an MBA background to support our brand and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, digital, design) to align marketing efforts
- Support in content creation, brand activations, and customer engagement activities
- Track and report performance metrics and campaign effectiveness
- Conduct customer surveys and feedback sessions to derive actionable insights
- Help manage vendor relationships and coordinate event logistics when required
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA (Marketing) from a recognized B-School
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Passion for retail and understanding of consumer behavior
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of marketing tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must be able to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their institution
