We are seeking a skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. This mid-level, full-time position is based in Mumbai, Pune, Gwalior, and Raipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing loss prevention strategies to safeguard company assets and reduce shrinkage across our extensive network of retail stores.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in risk assessment, identifying potential threats to reduce company risks.
• Proficiency in investigation techniques to effectively handle theft and fraud cases within the retail environment.
• Strong understanding of auditing procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Expertise in inventory control methods to maintain accurate stock records and minimize discrepancies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of shrinkage and methods to mitigate losses in retail settings.
• Demonstrated experience in retail loss prevention, contributing to asset protection and profitability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address loss-related issues promptly.

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
