Lead Product Manager

In this role, you will be at the intersection of technology, AI, agentic automations, and large-scale retail operations — shaping products and platforms that serve millions of consumers and empower thousands of stores across India. You will operate in a fast, product-led, engineering-first environment with the mandate to build at scale.

The Product Lead – Supply Chain & Fulfillment will define and drive the end-to-end product strategy for supply chain technology powering India’s largest retail ecosystem. This role is strategic and people-oriented, with ownership of multiple product portfolios and a team of Product Managers.

You will shape the long-term vision for logistics, warehousing, inventory, and forecasting platforms while ensuring short-term business impact at scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive the product/engineering roadmap for AI-enabled and agentic workflows, accelerating digital productivity across the retail value chain.

• Build scalable, modular, high-performance systems/products that power mission-critical retail operations.

• Translate complex business and user problems into simple, intuitive, and elegant solutions using data, design, and experimentation.

• Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, data, business, and operations to deliver measurable value.

• Own product/feature success metrics — improving adoption, efficiency, and customer experience.

• Bring clarity to ambiguity by defining strategy, scope, prioritization, and clear decision frameworks.

• Raise the bar for product/engineering excellence by influencing system architecture, processes, and culture.

What You Bring:

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience in building and scaling large consumer, enterprise, or AI-led products/systems.

• Strong capability in problem framing, user understanding, data-driven decisioning, and outcome definition.

• Lead multiple product domains including: WMS, IMS, OMS integrations, Logistics & Transportation Management

• Exceptional ability to collaborate with engineering, design, data, and cross-functional partners.

• High ownership mindset with the ability to lead in ambiguity.

• Clear, structured communication and strong stakeholder influence skills.

• Balance build vs buy vs partner decisions.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, automation frameworks, or decision engines.

• Domain knowledge in retail, commerce, supply chain, or large operational ecosystems.

• Background in high-growth product startups or big tech scale environments.
