We are seeking a talented Jewelry Design Executive to join our team at Reliance Retail. As a Jewelry Design Executive, you will be responsible for creating unique and innovative jewelry designs that align with our brand aesthetic. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, and it is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in jewelry design
• Strong knowledge of jewelry design techniques, materials, and trends
• Proficiency in using CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop for creating sketches and renderings
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in jewelry design
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to revise designs based on feedback
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of gold and diamond jewelry is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop new jewelry collections that meet customer preferences and market trends
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, materials, and techniques in jewelry design
• Create detailed sketches and renderings of jewelry designs using CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure the successful execution of design concepts
• Revise and refine jewelry designs based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to quality standards in the production of jewelry pieces
• Stay updated with industry developments and participate in continuous learning and skill enhancement opportunities
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials for jewelry production
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation, such as design specifications and production guidelines
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date catalog of jewelry designs and prototypes
