The Jewellery Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, enhancing customer experience, and representing the brand with professionalism. This junior-level position requires 1-3 years of relevant work experience and is available in Kolkata, Guwahati, Asansol, and Dibrugarh. Employment is offered on a full-time and contract basis.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Jewellery sales experience of 1-3 years is required to demonstrate proficiency in understanding precious metals and stones (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven expertise in customer handling, including the ability to build rapport and manage queries to ensure a seamless buyer journey.
  • Knowledge of effective sales techniques to successfully convert prospects into loyal customers and exceed set targets.
  • Strong customer service orientation focused on delivering an exceptional and personalized shopping experience for each customer.
  • Upselling abilities to maximize sales revenue while recommending suitable products based on customer preferences and needs.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge, including current industry trends, hallmarking, and product specifications, to confidently guide buyers.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting products clearly, explaining value propositions, and resolving customer concerns.
  • Attention to detail in order processing, documentation, billing, and ensuring accuracy in all sales transactions and inventory records.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting jewelry items by highlighting product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by applying advanced sales and upselling techniques during customer interactions.
  • Deliver a welcoming, professional, and customer-centric experience throughout the purchase process and after-sales service.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated about new jewelry collections, designs, and promotions.
  • Manage billing, documentation, and inventory in compliance with company policies to ensure transaction accuracy.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate unresolved issues to relevant supervisors as needed.
  • Participate in store displays, merchandising, and promotional activities to increase product visibility and footfall.
  • Comply with safety, security, and company standards while maintaining store cleanliness and organizing showcases.
