The HR Intern will support the Talent Acquisition and HR team in managing hiring requirements for retail stores and corporate functions during the expansion phase. The role will provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and campus hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support hiring for retail and corporate roles, including resume screening and interview coordination
• Coordinate walk-in drives, volume hiring, and vendor follow-ups for retail recruitment
• Assist with campus hiring activities, including coordination with institutes and candidate tracking
• Support end-to-end onboarding activities such as offer documentation, joining formalities, and induction coordination
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, onboarding status, and HR MIS
• Ensure accurate documentation and employee records as per compliance requirements
• Support communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Assist the HR team in recruitment drives, audits, and special hiring projects

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA / MSW / PGDM (HR) students or recent graduates
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
