The HR Support Executive will assist the HR team in day-to-day operations, employee coordination, and administrative activities. The role involves supporting recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement to ensure smooth HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
• Assist in onboarding and induction of new joiners
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Handle attendance, leave records, and basic payroll inputs
• Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries and support
• Assist in compliance and documentation (ESIC, PF, E-nomination, etc.)
• Support in employee engagement activities and events

Qualification:

• Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
