About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our retail hiring initiatives. This internship project will focus on expanding sourcing channels, generating quality candidate leads, and supporting end-to-end recruitment for optical retail store roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new sourcing channels (online platforms, job boards, institutes, referrals, etc.) to build a strong talent pipeline for retail store hiring.
• Post job openings on various platforms and ensure high visibility among target candidates.
• Generate and track leads for frontline and store-level roles (CSA, Store Manager, Optometrists, etc.).
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and assist in creating basic dashboards or reports.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for smooth interview experience.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and hiring campaign execution.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Interest in talent acquisition and recruitment operations.
• Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
