Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead zonal fitout projects for new and existing stores, ensuring all works are executed as per corporate design, quality, and safety standards.
• Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively address site-level challenges to achieve timely and cost-effective delivery of all fitout projects.
• Evaluate site readiness and coordinate technical fitout activities including civil, services, and interior works, overseeing all engineering aspects at each stage.
• Identify, onboard, and supervise vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with agreements, quality expectations, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams, architects, consultants, and operational staff to ensure fitout standards and brand values are maintained.
• Prepare regular project updates, MIS reports, and coordinate handover procedures including testing, commissioning, and snag rectification.
• Drive continuous site inspections, proactively mitigating risks related to safety, compliance, and project execution across the assigned geography.
• Standardize site processes, implement best industry practices, and propose improvements for accelerating fitout cycles and optimizing costs.

Education - B.Tech/BE
