Qualifications and Skills

• Comprehensive experience in fitout project management, with the ability to oversee multiple large-scale retail projects concurrently and ensure timely and quality delivery. (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in civil execution, demonstrating competence in managing on-site activities and collaborating with contractors and vendors effectively.
• Extensive prior experience as managing end-to-end retail store development and interior fitout works.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods applicable to retail fitouts, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Proven knowledge of the retail sector with an ability to deliver fitout solutions tailored to enhance in-store experience and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated skills in fitout execution, with attention to detail for layout, finish quality, and adherence to brand requirements in a multi-location environment.
• Solid project management skills including stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, coordination between cross-functional teams, and budget oversight.
• Strong leadership capabilities to direct project teams, motivate subordinates, and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end fitout execution for all retail outlets in the assigned zone, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to define project deliverables and establish clear quality benchmarks for store fitouts.
• Supervise all phases of the fitout and civil execution process, from concept through completion, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Regularly review project progress, troubleshoot challenges, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and delays.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams such as operations, procurement, and design to ensure smooth project execution.
• Optimize resources and processes to improve project delivery outcomes and cost-effectiveness in fitout execution.
• Ensure all projects align with Reliance Retail’s brand and operational standards, creating outstanding in-store experiences for our customers.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and documentation to senior management, highlighting milestones, challenges, and solutions.
