Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site management and oversight of Reliance Retail fit-out and construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Supervise day-to-day fit-out activities ensuring adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely delivery of materials and services.
• Manage project schedules and timelines, ensuring completion within defined budgets.
• Implement quality assurance processes to verify workmanship and materials.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
• Identify and resolve site issues or discrepancies promptly to prevent project delays.
• Maintain regular communication with project managers, architects, and vendors to share updates and resolve issues.
• Keep accurate records of site progress, inspections, material usage, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Support vendor bill verification, measurement certification, and documentation for billing.
• Facilitate smooth handover at project completion, ensuring final inspections and documentation are complete.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out, civil, electrical, and MEP works.
• Strong project coordination and execution capabilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/sites simultaneously.

Preferred: Fit out Retail experience

Education: B.Tech/ BE
