Job Purpose

Experience Centre Head to lead our state-of-the-art Electronic New Product Demonstration Centre and focusing on high-impact touchpoint for showcasing our next-gen electronic innovations to an elite audience that includes government dignitaries, corporate CXOs, global partners, and VVIPs for delivering exceptional experiences.

Graduation/ Post Graduation

Key Responsibilities

·        Oversee daily operations of the Experience Centre with a focus on protocol, privacy, and premium experience.

·        Plan and execute personalized demonstrations and walkthroughs for VVIPs, delegations, and top-tier stakeholders.

·        Ensure staff are trained to deliver high-touch, professional interactions at all times.

·        Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Corporate Affairs teams to tailor demos aligned to strategic goals.

·        Maintain flawless facility management – ensuring all displays, tech, and ambience are guest-ready at all times.

·        Anticipate and fulfil unique needs of high-profile visitors, including security coordination and special arrangements.

·        Lead regular training and briefing sessions for the team on guest protocol, communication, and presentation standards.

·        Prepare and present regular performance reports including guest feedback, engagement data, and visit outcomes.

Key Performance Indicators

·        VVIP satisfaction and feedback scores

·        Quality and consistency of demo delivery

·        Number of strategic follow-ups/conversions from visits

·        Facility and equipment uptime

·        Team readiness and training completion

·        Visit execution with zero protocol errors
