Job Title: Fashion Consultant
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our retail team. The role involves assisting customers with styling advice, understanding their fashion preferences, and helping them select outfits and accessories that enhance their personal style while ensuring an excellent in-store shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories based on their preferences and occasions.
- Provide styling advice and fashion recommendations.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of current collections and trends.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store displays are well maintained.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Interest in fashion and styling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Prior retail or fashion experience is preferred but not mandatory.
