Job Overview

As a Junior Fashion Consultant for Adidas Kids at Reliance Retail in Bangalore, you will engage directly with customers, offer expert styling advice for kids’ fashion, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. This is a full-time position, suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience seeking growth in the retail industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong upselling ability to promote products and increase store sales performance (Mandatory skill).

• Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and inventory checks.
• Facilitate a positive store environment through polite and attentive service, resolving queries and issues promptly.
• Assist in achieving store sales targets and consistently contribute to team performance metrics.
• Ensure high standards of store cleanliness and product presentation, reflecting the Adidas Kids brand values.
