Requirements :
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar role.
- Minimum 12th grade education qualification.
- Candidate to be based in Mumbai.
- Good English communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Should have positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service by attending to guests requests and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the cafe to uphold health and safety standards.
- Assist in taking and delivering orders accurately and efficiently to guests.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stay updated with menu changes and communicate them effectively to guests.
