Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of apparel department operations, ensuring adherence to Reliance Retail’s brand standards and operational policies.

• Plan and implement effective merchandise displays, planograms, and inventory management strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.

• Implement robust loss prevention measures, performing regular stock audits, and ensuring strict compliance with company processes.
• Identify market trends and observe competitor activities to guide and execute innovative apparel sales strategies.

• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction levels and encouraging repeat business.
