1. Ensure picking as per indent generated for the day and in line with delivery schedule
2. Lead the team of micro counter for accuracy of picking and control measure to reduce errors
3. Managing a team of Supervisors, administration staff and drivers
4. Ensure Gap analysis for Indent vs Pick and take corrective action.
5. Ensure dispatches to store in line with delivery schedule and window timing
Sound knowledge of Warehouse Operations
