- Outstanding team leading and management skills, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment for ongoing staff development.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise departmental operations to achieve sales, profitability, and customer service objectives as set by Reliance Retail's standards.
- Manage inventory levels, product assortment, and ensure efficient stock replenishment to maintain availability and minimize shrinkage.
- Develop and mentor team members, driving a culture of accountability, customer centricity, and continuous learning.
- Monitor and analyze departmental KPIs, taking proactive actions to address performance gaps and optimize results.
- Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with vendors and supply chain partners for timely product deliveries, quality checks, and issue resolution.
- Drive and execute promotional campaigns and in-store activities to enhance customer engagement and boost revenue.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, regularly reviewing financial targets and recommending cost optimization strategies.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, ensuring open communication, effective conflict resolution, and robust team performance.
