The Department Manager – Food Division is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the assigned food section, ensuring sales growth, maintaining quality standards, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves team handling, inventory control, and adherence to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations of the food department (Grocery / Fresh / FMCG / QSR section)
• Drive sales targets and ensure achievement of business goals
• Ensure availability of stock, proper merchandising, and display standards
• Monitor inventory levels, minimize wastage, and control shrinkage
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards as per company policies
• Supervise and guide team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management
