Dark Store Manager
Location: Thudiyalur, Coimbatore
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day dark store operations, ensuring smooth online order processing, accurate inventory management, and effective staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and supervise store staff.
- Monitor online orders and ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock availability.
- Ensure smooth store operations and adherence to SOPs.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team management.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 4–6 years in Retail / Warehouse / E-commerce operations.
