Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and result-oriented Sales Associate to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting products, maintain store standards, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new product launches.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
- Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is properly stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards in the store.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Support store operations during peak business hours and promotional events.
