Job Overview
The Customer Service Associate - Logistic Incharge (GAP) is a full-time, junior-level position based in Jaipur. The role requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and is responsible for coordinating logistics operations, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer support within the logistics function, leveraging SAP software and other key tools.
Qualifications and Skills
- Logistics Coordination (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods across warehouses and retail stores.
- Inventory Management (Mandatory skill): Practical knowledge and experience in tracking stock levels, managing inventory discrepancies, and ensuring optimal inventory health using recognized practices.
- SAP (Mandatory skill): Hands-on expertise with SAP modules related to inventory and logistics for real-time data entry, reporting, and transaction management is crucial for this role.
- MS Excel: Proficient in using advanced features of MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, inventory tracking, and logistics planning, including functions, pivots, and lookups.
- Customer Support: Ability to provide prompt, empathetic, and effective support to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring queries and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Data Entry: Strong attention to detail in entering, updating, and verifying logistics and inventory data accurately in relevant databases, preventing errors and discrepancies.
- Documentation: Capability to manage and maintain accurate records of inbound/outbound shipments, stock transfers, and related logistics documentation as per company protocols.
- Analytical thinking: Ability to identify logistics bottlenecks, monitor performance indicators, and propose practical solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics activities, including receiving, dispatching, and tracking shipments to ensure seamless operations between warehouses and retail locations.
- Monitor and execute inventory management processes, conduct routine stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies across physical and system records using SAP.
- Utilize SAP to manage all inventory transactions, generate required reports, and ensure data integrity related to logistics movements and stock levels.
- Maintain proactive communication with transportation partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of logistics-related queries and issues.
- Provide high-quality customer service by addressing order statuses, delivery timelines, and resolving complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, stock adjustments, returns, and logistics reports in line with audit requirements.
- Leverage MS Excel for daily reporting, tracking KPIs, and presenting relevant logistics data to management and other business stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within logistics and inventory operations, participating in initiatives to streamline workflows and increase service quality.
