We are seeking a motivated Junior Customer Service Associate to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications and Skills
- Customer Support (Mandatory skill) with proven ability to respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proficient in customer handling, able to manage varied interactions and resolve concerns efficiently through empathy and problem-solving.
- Sound product knowledge, able to confidently articulate features, benefits, and usage details relevant to each customer query.
- Sales skills to identify customer needs, promote suitable products, and achieve individual as well as store targets effectively.
- Strong discipline & time management skills, ensuring timely task completion and adherence to operational guidelines and schedules.
- Hands-on experience in sales operations, supporting the execution of promotions, inventory management, and maintaining compliance in daily activities.
- Adaptability to dynamic retail environments, demonstrating initiative in learning new processes, technologies, and product updates as necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers by addressing product inquiries, order concerns, and general requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business through effective communication and service excellence.
- Understand and communicate key product attributes, actively staying updated on all merchandise and promotional offerings.
- Support sales operations, including order processing, inventory checks, and assistance with visual merchandising standards when needed.
- Follow all standard operating procedures related to customer service, billing, refunds, and escalations to ensure compliance and quality service.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to supervisors while maintaining a calm and solution-oriented approach.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly store targets.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability, supporting store operations through disciplined time management and a proactive work ethic.
