We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Cluster Manager - Visual Merchandiser to lead and oversee the visual merchandising strategies and execution across our cluster of fashion apparel retail stores. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in fashion design, coupled with extensive experience in the retail industry, with a proven track record of success in managing visual merchandising operations for multiple stores.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or Post Graduate degree in Fashion Design.

- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in visual merchandising roles within the retail industry, with at least 3 years in a cluster or multi-store environment.

- Proven track record of delivering impactful visual merchandising campaigns and displays that drive customer engagement and sales across multiple locations.


Skills Required:

- Exceptional creativity and innovation in developing visually appealing concepts, displays, and merchandising strategies for apparel stores.

- Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behaviour, and apparel retail merchandising processes.

- Excellent product knowledge and ability to translate trends into compelling visual stories.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and store teams.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities to lead and mentor a team of visual merchandisers across multiple locations.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CAD and industry-standard design software and tools

- Ability to maintain brand consistency and standards across multiple stores.

- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.


Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement cohesive visual merchandising strategies and guidelines across the cluster of apparel retail stores, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.

2. Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of window displays, in-store installations, and promotional events that drive customer engagement and sales across the cluster.

3. Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, operations teams, and store managers to align visual merchandising efforts with overall business goals and campaigns.

4. Manage and mentor the visual merchandising team across the cluster, providing guidance, training, and support to foster creativity and innovation.

5. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and provide feedback for improvement.

6. Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends, consumer preferences, and industry best practices to continuously enhance visual merchandising efforts.

7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to source visually appealing merchandise and props for displays.

8. Develop and manage the visual merchandising budget for the cluster, ensuring cost-effective and efficient resource allocation.

9. Coordinate and facilitate the execution of visual merchandising strategies across multiple store locations, ensuring consistency and timely implementation.
