Roles and Responsibilities

1.Conduct billing checks and documentation review using standardized checklists to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

2.Perform material reconciliation by validating billed quantities against actual consumption and identifying discrepancies.

3.Prepare and update trackers, MIS, and billing reports for clear project monitoring and senior management review.

4.Verify NOA, FDS, and other billing-related documents to ensure correct sign-offs, alignment of quantities, and timely submission.

5.Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to resolve billing issues and support smooth billing operations.

6.Monitor, audit, and continuously improve billing processes, including guiding junior staff and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
