Job Title: Beauty Advisor

Job Overview: As a Beauty Advisor at Reliance Retail Stores, you will provide personalized beauty advice and exceptional customer service to our clients. You will help customers select the right cosmetics and skincare products based on their needs and preferences, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their skin type, beauty regimen, and preferences.
• Product Recommendations: Suggest suitable skincare products and cosmetics that meet customers' needs.
• Product Demonstrations: Perform makeovers and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and application techniques.
• Sales Targets: Work towards achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
• Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and replenish products as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, handle transactions, and manage returns or exchanges.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and new products in the market.
• Store Presentation: Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements:

• 10+2/PUC or Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a high school diploma may also be considered.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar role.
• Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong product knowledge, ability to apply makeup, and good communication skills.
• Certifications: Professional certification in Beauty Therapy, Makeup, or Cosmetology is a plus.
