- Proficiency in retail operations, encompassing inventory control, cash management, and compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques to create effective product displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Ability to analyze sales data for identifying trends, setting targets, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in P&L management, optimizing expenses, and meeting profitability targets.
- Demonstrated skills in staff training and development, fostering high performance, and encouraging a customer-centric environment.
- Strong commitment to customer service, adept at resolving queries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction within the store.
- Comprehensive understanding of store management practices, team leadership, operational efficiency, and compliance regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to maintain excellent standards in customer service, cleanliness, and compliance at all times.
- Support overall sales growth through effective merchandising, promotional execution, and proactive sales floor engagement.
- Analyze sales performance reports, monitor key metrics, and implement timely initiatives to meet revenue targets.
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional performance and support their professional development.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with supply chain teams for replenishment and stock accuracy.
- Lead visual merchandising efforts, ensuring appealing and organized product presentations aligned with brand standards.
- Enhance the customer experience by addressing grievances, responding to feedback, and ensuring prompt assistance at all touchpoints.
- Contribute to maintaining store profitability by managing operational costs, controlling wastage, and adhering to P&L goals.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to store operations.
