Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service
Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and wastage control
Handle vendor coordination and product ordering
Ensure proper merchandising and store presentation
Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets
Maintain billing accuracy and cash handling procedures
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies
Resolve customer complaints professionally
Prepare daily/weekly sales and operational reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree - Must
- 5–7 years of experience in grocery retail/store operations
- Experience in supermarkets or hypermarkets preferred
