The Architect role at Reliance Retail is a mid-level, full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai. The selected candidate will focus on designing and optimizing retail store formats in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, ensuring seamless integration of functional, aesthetic, and technological aspects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative retail interfaces, layouts, and concepts tailored for various store formats, ensuring customer-centricity.
- Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of design intent and operational efficiency.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and design presentations using industry-standard tools.
- Lead site planning, store remodels, and new store setup activities ranging from initial ideation to project handover.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordinate with external partners, consultants, and vendors for on-time execution.
- Incorporate sustainable design principles and ensure compliance with local building codes, accessibility standards, and organizational guidelines.
- Prepare and review BOQs and cost estimates for new and existing retail projects, ensuring financial accountability.
- Oversee quality control, attend site inspections, and provide technical support to ensure design accuracy and project integrity PAN India.
